Let’s talk store policies!

Returns:
• you will have 7 business days to return any boutique clothing, purses, weekenders or graphic tees.
• customized products are final sale.
• clearance items are final sale.
• home decor, hats, jewelry, freshies, and tumblers are also final sale.
• anything that can be returned, must be returned in its original condition.


Shipping:
All ready to ship items in house will be shipped to you within 5 business days. If you have a custom item, or order something NOT in stock, those items have a 21 business day turn around time, if you’re unsure, don’t hestitate to ask us, we would hate for you to order something, expecting it sooner than later and that product not apply.

Graphic Tees: 

I order shirts every Monday at 10am est., expect a 10 business day turn around time from that Monday. Ex: if you order on a Wednesday, TAT will not start until that following Monday. This is for our graphic tee collection, not preorders  


If an item is shipped to you, all rules apply, you will have 7 days to ship that product back to us from your delivery date, if your product is eligible for return, and it’s not a mistake on our end, you are responsible for any fees to have that specific item returned, if we’ve made a mistake, we will get you taken care of. 

Once your product has been shipped, it is no longer our responsibility, if you have issues with your delivery service, we encourage you to purchase the insured shipping option to have $100 of insurance on your order. If something happens to your package and you did not pay for this extra service it is not our responsibility.


Invoices: all invoices must be paid within 12 hours, if they go unpaid, we will move to the next person in-line.
